To renew the registration for your current program, please complete the form to the left.

You may use this form to REGISTER AND HOLD YOUR PLACE on the schedule for the new fall session or notify us that you are CANCELLING your registration for the next school year.

If you are registering, but REQUIRE A CHANGE in the fall, please submit the form and select the "CONTACT ME" option at the bottom of the form. Someone from our office will contact you after June 30th to assist you with any changes you require. If your request is urgent we recommend you call the school office as soon after June 30th as possible. Here's how to contact us.
