Please note the following conditions:
- Space is limited for each instrument type. Early registration is encouraged.
- Refund requests prior to June 29th, 2012 are subject to an administration fee of $20.00.
- No refunds will be given after June 29th, 2012.
- In the event we are unable to accept a registration you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
- You will receive confirmation that this form has been received by return email.
